Each of us has a small voice within. Instinct, intuition, and divinity are some names used to describe it. Regardless of what we call it, it offers us a powerful force of guidance.
Animals learn to rely on and trust their internal knowledge. As they mature, they strengthen their connection to this wisdom. As humans develop, we tend to separate from our innate information. We teach our young to look outward rather than to trust their inner sense of knowing.
We become disconnected from ourselves and others, including other humans, species, and nature. It brings us out of harmony with the rest of life, and we become less equipped to adapt to our environment. There is another way.
The Animals and I invite you to get acquainted with your inner world. Be curious like a child discovering their surroundings for the first time. Place any judgment to the side and be open to exploring.
Notice whatever you experience. You may want to write it down and remind yourself later of your discoveries. Take the leap of faith. Listen to your inner voice as it holds your greatest truth.
HI Jill,
I resonate with looking within for our greatest truth! We find the source of love & Creator in this powerful, inner reservoir…
Thanks for sharing with, and from the animals…
Linda,
Thank you for your ofering your wise perspective. The Animals and I are honored to share.
Beautifully written Jill. I firmly believe that if we humans were more connected to animals, our planet wouldn’t be dying
Thank you, Valerie. Sounds like an invitation to me.
